Abel Suniga

Abel “Bill” Suniga, 93, our beloved father and grandpa went home to our Heavenly Father on June 25, 2021 peacefully and surrounded by his family.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Levelland.

He was born August 27, 1929 in Cuero, Texas to Louisa and Pedro Suniga.

Bill enjoyed fishing and visiting with his VFW friends.  In his younger days he enjoyed dancing.

He was preceded in death by his great granddaughter, J’Lynn Esqueda; mother, Louisa Suniga; and brother Alfredo Suniga.

Bill is survived by his children, Dolores (Larry) Mendez, Diane (Noe) Pena, Denise (Jimmy) Esqueda, Abel (Terry) Suniga and Erik Suniga; brother, Abelardo Suniga; grandchildren, Larry Mendez, Jr., Jennifer (Kerry) Graham, Patrick Pena, Lauren Pena, Jeremy (Ashley) Esqueda, Alyssa Esqueda and Michael (Amanda) Suniga; and great grandchildren, Landon Mendez, Mason Suniga, Kinsley Suniga, Oakley Graham, Sterling Graham, Behren Esqueda and Samantha Suniga.
