Anna Martinez Vallejo

Anna Martinez Vallejo, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas, at the age of 48. Born on June 21, 1977, in Tulia, Texas, to Verulo Garcia Martinez and Sylvia Hernandez Martinez, Anna lived a life defined by love, kindness, and deep devotion to her family.

Anna was passionate about her grand babies, her favorite NFL Football team the Dallas Cowboys, and helping anyone that was in need. Anna loved to work, play Bingo, and sing. She was an amazing and loving Mom, Grandmother, and Sister.

Anna is survived by her son Andrew Alaquinez; daughter Stefani Alaquinez; her beloved Jose Vallejo; 5 loving grandbabies; 4 brothers Adrian Martinez, David Martinez, Daniel Martinez, and Martin Martinez; 3 sisters Valerie Martinez, Mela Martinez, and Dalia Martinez; sister-in-law Katy Martinez; and a loving handful of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Paul Alaquinez, brother Andrew Martinez, and grandparents Sixto and Irene Hernandez.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The service will take place on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Krestridge Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Anna will be remembered for her kind heart, generous soul, and unwavering love for her family. Her memory will live on in the lives of those she touched.
