Betty Jo Roden

Betty Jo Roden, 93, of Levelland passed from this life on May 16, 2023.  No services are planned at this time.

She was born February 24, 1930 in Alex, Oklahoma to Marvin and Mary Lawson.  Betty married Bob Roden on August 10, 1948.  She was a member of First Methodist Church.

Betty enjoyed playing bridge, reading, studying the Bible and watching basketball.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Roden on December 23, 2019.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Dana Bailey and husband Dr. Michael Bailey; sons, Mark Roden and David Roden and wife Sandy; grandchildren, Laura Bailey and husband Michael Meluskey, Carie Ellison and husband Eric Ellison and Stephanie Hedden; and great grandchildren, Croy Ellison, Sophia Ellison, Bailey Meluskey, Haylie Hedden, John Hedden, Brett Hedden and wife Syndel.
