James Curtis Epperson

James Curtis Epperson,80, of Olney, Texas passed from this life on April 6, 2025. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 10, 2025, in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

James was born in Levelland on March 5, 1945, to Albert and Agnes Pope Epperson. He married Linda Galloway in August of 1968 in Heidelberg, Germany while proudly serving his country in the United States Army. James was a graduate of Texas Tech University and retired from the United States Department of Agriculture.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Albert and Agnes Epperson; parents in law, Jim and Polly Galloway; brother, Bucky Epperson and brother-in-law, James Fagan.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife, Linda Epperson; son, Lance Epperson and wife, Lisa and daughter, KayLynn Epperson and husband, Pete; sister, Emma Fagan; brother and sister-in-laws, Randy and Pam Allison and Carla Epperson; along with his two grandchildren, Allison and Landon.
