Julia A. Martinez ,71, of Levelland passed from this life on December 17, 2025. Visitation will take place at Krestridge Funeral Home on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Krestridge Funeral Home on Saturday, December 20, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Julia was born October 1,1954 in Rockport, Texas to Jose Maritnez Sr. and Juanita Herrera Nevarez. She worked as bus driver and caregiver for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister who will be missed dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Martinez Sr. and Juanita Nevarez; stepfather, Carlos Delgado; sisters, Maria Valderaz, Elva Martinez; brothers, Jose Martinez Jr., Manuel Martinez, Rene Delgado; son, Santana Cardona Jr; daughter, Rebecca Cirilo and granddaughter, Cassandra Rodriguez.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her children, Adela Bujanda and husband, Miguel, Gloria Cardona, Thomas Cardona and wife, Irma and Victoria Chairez; siblings, Irma Martinez, Dorothy Orosco and husband, Joe, Irene Bejarano and husband, Juan, Betty Delgado, Johnny Martinez, Carlos Delgado, Armando Delgado and wife, Olga, Raymond Delgado and Cornelio Delgado and wife, Rosemary; along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
