Kristi Lankford

Kristi P. Lankford, 46, of Sundown, Texas passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel in Levelland, Texas.

Kristi was born May 27, 1970 to parents Harold Paulk and Donna McGuire Bownds in Lubbock, Texas. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 1995. Kristi was on the Board of Directors for Cedar Park Youth League, National Academy of Sport Medicine, and Project Life Change with Journey Foundation. She was a Financial Advisor for Farmers Insurance.

Kristi is preceded in death by her grandparents, Gordon and Mary Paulk; grandmother, Betty Deavenport; brother, John A. Ewerz; and uncles, Max McGuire and Rex McGuire.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dylan Beason, Harrison Lankford, and Hunter Kate Lankford all of Austin; parents, Dusty and Donna Bownds of Sundown and Harold and Patricia Paulk of Lubbock; brothers, Steve Ewerz and wife Michele of Cedar Park, and Glendon Paulk and wife Ashleigh of Lubbock; grandfather, Don Rountree of San Diego, Ca.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Unpack Ministries in Lubbock, Texas; or Center for the Study of Addiction and Recovery at Texas Tech University be made in Kristi's memory.
