Mario Murillo

Mario Gustavo Murillo, 68, of Levelland, Texas passed away October 10, 2026 in Lubbock, Texas.

Mario was born September 25, 1958 to Antonio and Juventina Murillo, in Levelland, Texas. On October 8, 1984, Mario married the love of his life, Yolanda Padilla in Lubbock, Texas.

Mario enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, taking them fishing, attending all their sport activities, watching Nascar, and watching Texas Longhorn football. Mario always talked to others about how proud he was of all of his grandkids.

Mario was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio and Juventina Murillo.

He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Murillo; children Miranda (Derek) Grant, Brandon (Adrianna) Murillo, and Alysia Murillo; and nine grandchildren Kylee, Kenna, Kaia, Presley, Kiana, Shaydon, Deakon, Noah, and Nolan.

Funeral Service for Mario will be held on October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Krestridge Funeral Home. Interment to follow at the City of Levelland Cemetery.
