Marjorie Ann Trammell

Marjorie Ann Trammell, 82, of Levelland passed from this life on April 22,2025. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 25,2025 at Krestridge Funeral Home. Funeral Services will take place at Krestridge Funeral Home on Saturday, April 26,2025 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Marjorie was born in Snyder to Edmund Clark and Nola Opal Braswell Nicks. She attended and graduated from Snyder High School where she was a proud member of the choir and championship Snyder Tiger Band. After meeting on a blind date, Marjorie married the love of her life, Joe Trammell, in Snyder on March 31,1962.

Marjorie enjoyed crafting and playing games with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. All her grandchildren and great grandchildren received a homemade quilt from their Mamaw when they were born. She loved the holidays and her home was always decorated for every occasion. Everyone enjoyed and will miss Mamaw’s pies, cakes, and candies that she made every year.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Clark and Opal Nicks and siblings, Billie Nicks, Freddie Nicks, Juanita Land, Ramona Anthony and Tommy Nicks.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her husband, Joe Trammell; daughters, Suzanne Rhynes and Lori Pinkert; son, Phil Trammell and wife, Susan; sister, Gay Nell and husband, Wayne; grandchildren, Amber Daniels and husband, Payden, Megan Bruce and husband, Wes, Emily Pinkert, Lauren Pinkert, Logan Jeffcoat, Aaron Rhynes and wife, Sara, Jonah Rhynes, Ashley Cummings and husband, AJ, Matthew Trammell and wife, Addison; along with nine great granddaughters and one great grandson.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Marjorie’s name to the Lubbock Children’s Home.
