Martha Russell

Martha (Memaw) Russell, 91, of Levelland passed from this life on September 18, 2020.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

She was born December 2, 1928 in Blue Rapids, Kansas to Joseph and Edna Whiting Cohorst.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, O.J. Russell; son, Donnie Russell; 2 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 2 great grandsons; 2 brothers; and her parents.

She is survived by son, Carl (Brenda) Russell; daughters, Kay (Jim) Bagwell, Cheryl Kerr, Carolyn (David) Matlock, and Mary Jo (Don) Russell; sister, Mary; brothers, Ben Cohorst and Dick Cohorst; 18 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and 14 great great grandchildren.
