Mary Ann Edwards Cargill, 66, of Levelland passed from this life on July 13, 2018 at her home. There will be a family service at a later date.

She was born January 30, 1952 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Joanne and Pete Edwards. She graduated from Brownfield High School in 1970. Mary Ann lived in Dallas, Texas and Vernon, Texas working various jobs before settling in Levelland.

Mary Ann loved talking about her nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and nieces accomplishments and attending their many activities. She also enjoyed reconnecting with family and friends. Mary Ann enjoyed sharing her love of the Dallas Cowboys, cats, dogs, horses, witty memes, and of course her vast knowledge of music, especially 60's and 70's Rock-N-Roll.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her father, Pete Edwards; and brother, Doug Edwards.

She is survived by her mother, Joanne Edwards of New Home, Texas; sisters, Debbie Hamm and husband Gerry of Wink, Texas, and Nancy Paris and husband Ty of New Home, Texas; nephews, Duncan Hamm of Odessa, Texas, Justin Hamm and wife Brandy of Midland, Texas, Eathan Hamm and wife Lisa of Odessa, Texas; nieces, Monica Beardemphl and husband Cord of New Home, Texas, Meagan Fossett and husband Robbie of Lubbock, Texas; and grand-nephews and nieces, Peyton and Lilly Hamm, Hayes Hamm, Jaxon Hamm, Graham and Keller Beardemphl.

The family suggests memorials in Mary Ann's name to your favorite charity.
