Melissa Phillips

Melissa Dawn Phillips, 47, or 22 for 25 years, passed away November 11, 2021.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday November 19, 2021 at Austin Street Church of Christ. With Jay Kelley officiating. Burial will be in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

Melissa was born August 30, 1974 in Levelland, Texas. She enjoyed influencing and educating young minds as a bus driver of bus number 8, while attending South Plains College for accounting and perused a career in Terlingua, Texas.

She was preceded in death by, her mother Lynda Phillips, grandmother Dorothy Birchfield, grandfather, Waymon Birchfield, Aunt Paula Birchfield and uncle Chris Birchfield.

She is survived by her husband Matt Davis; her children, Cadie Cross, Cory Young, Jason Young, Marlo Cannon and 5 grandchildren.
