Mildred Hazelbaker

Mildred Hazelbaker, 103, of Levelland passed from this life on April 10,2024. Graveside Services be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024 in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

She was born September 24, 1920 in Holly, Colorado to Percy Lynch and Letha Smith Lynch. She married Warren Monroe Hazelbaker in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 3,1941. Mildred and Warren moved to Levelland in 1948 where she was a homemaker.  Mildred was a member of the First Baptist Church and especially enjoyed singing with the First Baptist Church Seniors Chior.

Mildren is preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Letha Lynch; husband, Warren Hazelbaker; brothers, Clyde Lynch and Gene Lynch; and granddaughter,  Baylee Langham.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her son, Mike Hazelbaker (Helen) of Lubbock; grandchildren, Holly Crawford (Kris) of Fort Worth, and Dan Hazelbaker (Jennifer) of Lubbock; great-grandchildren, Ashlee Pinkerton (Justin) of Fort Worth, Cassidy Tuscana of Grapevine, Greg Langham of Florida, Christian Hazelbaker of Glassglow, KY, and Evan Hazelbaker of Lubbock; great-great- grandson, Rylen Pinkerton. 

The family would like to thank The Hickory Terrace family and Interim Hospice for loving and caring for Mildred.  In lieu flowers, it is requested memorials be made to Hickory Terrace Activities, Interim Hospice or First Baptist Church, Levelland.
