R Procter

RG Procter, 81, of Levelland, passed away in Lubbock on January 28, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at the City of Levelland Cemetery.

RG was born December 13, 1935 in Woodson, Texas to parents, John Henry and Beatrice Childre Procter. He married Cecelia Doris Cole on February 27, 1957. RG worked in the oil field and lived in west Texas most of his adult life. He attended The Cowboy Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son, William Henry Procter.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Carla Procter of Levelland, Roy Procter of Levelland, Cheryl Procter of Levelland, and Darlene Franklin and husband Bert of Amarillo; grandchildren, Janice Procter of Lubbock, Vanessa Guerrero of Levelland, Amanda Moreno of Lubbock, Miranda Reed of Lubbock, Keegan Franklin of Amarillo and Kayden Franklin of Amarillo; brothers, Charlie Procter of Breckenridge and Travis Procter of Ranger; 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
