Refugia "Cookie" Molina, 64, of Lubbock passed from this life on May 18, 2025. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21,2025 and Thursday, May 22,2025 at Krestridge Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Krestridge Funeral Home.

Cookie was born July 4,1960 to Gilberto and Amalia Vaquera Molina in Denver, Colorado. Grandma Cookie was a vibrant and adventurous woman who traveled the world and owned a successful cleaning business. She taught her daughters the value of hard work and independence. She loved playing bingo and cracking jokes but above all she loved having fun always filling her home with laughter and music.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Gilberto and Amalia Molina; daughter, Ofelia Carranza; sisters, Aurelia De Rodriguez and Maria “Nico” Navarro as well as the father of her children, Felix Orosco Jr.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include daughters, Christie Rendon and husband, Nash and Veronica Orosco; grandchildren, Mia Rendon, Mica Rendon, Nathan Rendon, Hayes Orosco, Tobby Orosco, Elexus Orosco, Emily Carranza, Autum Carranza and Nathaniel Carranza; along with many siblings and great- grandchildren.
