Robert "RD" Dale Johnson

Robert Dale “RD” Johnson, 71, of Levelland passed from this life on February 22, 2024.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 26, 2024, at First Christian Church.

He was born April 8, 1952 in Star City, Arkansas to Grady B. and Glenda Sue Johnson.  RD was a member of the Assembly of God church.

RD was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Grady Haskell Johnson.

He is survived by daughter, Pebbles and fiancé Greg Carrasco; son, Shane Sims (Johnson); brothers, Kenneth “Skeet”  (Debra) of Levelland, Gary Don (Vicki) of Enid, OK, Sammy “Bo” (Laura) of Levelland and Teddy “TJ” of Levelland; sisters, Debbie (Manuel) Garza of Levelland, Terri (Joe) Aaron of Levelland and Beverly Stephens of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Orry, Keaton, Michael, Kalli, Taylor and Amber; 5 great grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews.
