Royce Ewings

Royce Duane Ewings, 58, of Levelland passed from this life on December 20, 2018. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at Krestridge Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at First Baptist Church.

He was born September 14, 1960 in Lubbock to parents, Charles Ray and Mildred Estelle (Poston) Ewings. Royce retired as a police officer after 32 years of service. He was a 24 year volunteer firefighter.

Royce is survived by his wife, Rita Ewings of Levelland; daughters, Lindsay Marshall of Odessa, and Melissa Ewings of Waco; granddaughter, Keira Camargo of Waco; sons and grandchildren, David and Latova Ewings and Cooper and Hayden Ewings of Levelland, Larry and Esmeralda Marshall and children, Sam, Izzy and Chipmunk Marshall of Lubbock; siblings, Joyce Roberts and husband Forrest of Denton, Terry Ewings and wife Sohnia of Lubbock, and Linda Horn; two fur babies, Thunder and Lightning; and numerous nieces and nephews.
