Sallie Salazar

Sallie Rios Salazar, 69, of Levelland passed from this life on December 17, 2020.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, with the Rosary to be held at 7:00 pm at Krestridge Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held a 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born September 16, 1951 in Levelland to Apolinar Rios and Maria Vasquez.  She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church.

Sallie was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Vasquez; and brothers, Apolinar Rios, George Rios and Johnny Rios.

She is survived by her children, Jamie Rios (Elvia), Melissa Castro and Brian Castillo (Kami); grandchildren, Danielle Castro, Shelby Castro, Alexis Castro, River Castillo and Montserrat Muro; sisters, Olga Goodwin (Bill), Mary Ann Meraz (Andres) and Eva Wigley (Bruce); and brothers, Emilio Rios (Cathy), Tony Rios (Brenda) and Joe Rios (Liz).
