Sara Land

Sara Katherine Land, 82, of Levelland passed from this life on September 14, 2018 in Levelland. Memorial Services will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at Park Drive Baptist Church in Levelland.

Kathy was born January 12, 1936 in Osceola, Arkansas to parents Luther and Minnie Young. She attended Lake Providence High School in Lake Providence, Louisiana. She was a member of the Levelland Rebekah Lodge. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Land on October 4, 2004, and two grandchildren, Sunnie Davis and Kane Stafford.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Delores (Loy) Davis and husband Ted of Sundown, Peggy (Lulu) Crittenden and husband Butch of Lubbock, DeAnna Stafford and husband Keith of Levelland, and David Land of Levelland; one sister, Sally McPherson of Pearl River, LA; twelve grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
