Shirley Ann Pounds

Shirley Ann Pounds, 80, of Levelland passed from this life on October 5, 2022.  There are no local services scheduled at this time.

She was born January 19, 1942 in Roscoe to Jack and Viola Covington Hicks.  Shirley married Glenn Sherrill Pounds on January 20, 1967.

Shirley served professionally as the librarian at South Plains College for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Jackie Hicks.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 55 years, Glenn Pounds of Levelland.
