Terry Lynn Keen

Terry Lynn Keen, 66, of Levelland passed from this life on March 20, 2022.  Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Krestridge Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be on Friday, March 25, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Second Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in the City of Levelland Cemetery.

He was born May 24, 1955 in Levelland to Johnnie and Avis Keen.  Terry was a farmer.  Following in his Grandpa Keen’s and Dad’s footsteps, he learned to love the land, planting cotton seed and tending to it through harvest.

Terry was a simple man that loved the simple thing that life gave such as a spring shower and the rainbow after, cotton blooms and tiny bolls, sunsets on a beach, and time spent with his kids and grandkids and bragging about them.

He was a loved husband, a loving dad and a good friend to have.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Keen; sons, Kyle Keen and wife Jeannie and Kirk Keen and wife Jesse; daughter, Jolynn Garza; sisters, Margaret Eller, Jeanne Smith and Donna Bass; and 12 grandchildren.
